A Prayer for the Days You Cannot Explain What You Feel
Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels heavy.
I may not have the right words. I may not even understand everything happening within me. But You know me completely. You see the thoughts I cannot explain, the tears I hide, the fears I carry, and the burdens I have been too tired to speak about.
Lord, I bring them all to You.
Take what is too heavy for me to carry. Give me strength where I feel weak, peace where my mind is troubled, and hope where disappointment has taken root.
Help me not to make permanent decisions because of temporary pain. Help me remember that this moment is not the whole story.
Where I have been wounded, bring healing.
Where I have been disappointed, restore my hope.
Where I have been rejected, remind me that I am still loved.
Where I have lost my way, lead me again.
Where I feel alone, make Your presence real to me.
Father, quiet every voice that tells me to give up.
Give me grace to take the next step, even when I cannot see the entire road. Teach me to trust You with what I cannot control and surrender what I cannot change.
Today, I choose to place my heavy heart in Your hands.
I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I know You are already there.

TODAY’S DECLARATION
I will not be destroyed by what I am going through.
My heart will find peace again.
My hope will rise again.
God is with me in this season.
What feels heavy today will not remain heavy forever.
I have grace for today, strength for tomorrow, and hope for what is ahead.
I am not alone. God is carrying me.
